and.. would anyone teach me, how to start talking with girl.. how do I do it.. just seeing on a house and “hi”???? What would You answer if I just would come and say “hi”??? Would it a big mistake for me?
How do I know which girl I should go to talk with?

You are sooooooooooo far from being the ugliest person in the world. Not even close.
And I’d definitely pick guy #2. Who would pick a jerk over a sensitive guy? Low ego could be changed easily if you got some confidence. And the only thing I like better about guy #1 is that he could make jokes. So I’d say if you got a little confidence and a sense of humor, you have a ton going for you. And you don’t have to have a conversation with a girl to talk to her, just say hi in passing. She’ll wonder why you didn’t say more and she’ll end up coming to you instead. And remember to smile look inviting because she’ll probably be creeped out if you walk with your head down and mumble ‘hi’.
